Biography
Claron McFadden cooperated on operas such as Les Indes Galantes by Jean-Philippe Rameau (with Frans Brüggen), Rage D'amour of Rob Zuidam and Dialogues des Carmélites of Francis Poulenc. Claron McFadden also performed in Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss, in Boreas: music theatre with the Vlaamse Muziek Lod, in the Johannes Passion with the Residentie Orkest and in a recital with jazz pianist Michiel Borstlap.
In March 2009 the CD "Claron sings Brossé" was released, with vocal work for soprano of Flemish composer and conductor Dirk Brossé. McFadden also sings the Dutch language Landuytcyclus, based on impressions of paintings of Octave Landuyt and the Eppur si muove.
In Belgium Claron is mainly known for her work on the operas of pianist Kris Defoort.
