He is a much in demand freelancer and acquired experience with Lalalover, Buscemi, The Free Breathing Ensemble, the Remise à neuf-ensemble, the big band of the Conservatory of Antwerp and Tricycle and is also part of aNoo, the band around singer Anu Junnonen. He is the leader/composer/arranger of Rebirth Collective, a band of eight hard-swinging musicians with Ewout Pierreux on piano.

He could also be heard with the Peter Hertmans 6-tet and the Chris Mentens Jazz Van.
