She was active in the world of experimental jazz and free music in the late Sixties and met her late husband, Steve Lacy, in those days. She has worked with the likes of Evan Parker, Alan Silva, Mal Waldron and Takashi Kako.

She also guest-starred on the album ‘DaMo’, recorded on our label by the Jeroen Van Herzeele Quartet.
