Description

Bart Quartier teaches marimba and xylophone at the Conservatory of Brussels and is an internationally valued educationalist with numerous publications. He can therefore be heard on numerous CD productions as sideman, among others on Kris Defoort’s Dreamtime.

Now with his own music and a leader of his own quintet, with Nico Schepers (trumpet), Bart Defoort (saxes), monument Jean-Louis Rassinfosse on contrabass and (fellow vibraphone and marimba player) Jan de Haas on drums.
